Employee Self-Service is fully integrated with the rest of X-HRMS modules to reduce and eliminate paper work, off-load your HR personnel in not having to enter and update leave and claim records, sort and distribute payslips that most of the time remain unread.
 
The system provides multi-level of authorization for approval of leave and overtime claims, with e-mail alerts to prompt employees.
